*OCEANOGRAPHY REQUIREMENTS *
** ( this is to be kept in the front of the science notebook)**

*Planner will be used daily to record assignments ,grades, tests, make up dates, transit, etc

SUPPLIES (Required for each Class)

*Textbook *OCEANOGRAPHY AN INVITATION TO MARINE SCIENCE by GARRISON
*Notebook with Five dividers ( Notes, Class work, Homework, Labs, & Tests & Quizzes)
*Pen AND Pencil
*Eraser
*Ten or more Colored Pencils
*Zipper pouch to carry all pens and pencils
*For Projects other supplies will be needed

BEHAVIOR

Any misbehavior will result in student being sent to the Office

It is the Responsibility of the Student to :

*1. Be Kind, Respectful, Considerate and Honest.
*2. Put forth his/her best effort, and inform the teacher if assistance is needed.
*3. Be rested and alert. No student may lay on or put their head on the desk.
*4. Bring your Oceanography supplies every day.
*5. Not speak or leave their seat without permission from the teacher.
*6. Go to guidance or the restroom or other destinations on their free time.

If a student does not follow these guidelines then the consequences will be:
A warning, new seat assigned, detention, referral, parent called or parental conference.

DETENTIONS WILL BE HELD AT THE TIME THE TEACHER ASSIGNS

NO EXCEPTIONS

Any violence or threat of violence can result in expulsion for up to one year
